DJ, again re "Money" and download...
When I said that German-Money cannot download US-options, I was implicating (but without making that clear) that US-Money can download either US-option either German- (or other) stock-quotes. So I really can recommend US-Money to anybody who understands English.
This was my connection to that following stuff...
Re wars being essentially market makers: Like... now that Yugo factory is gone, the bombing will stop? The idea is the same type of extrapolation as the impression (which you can get from the plane too), that the earth is flat. The first Banana war: Caine killing Abel because of agricultural subsidies from God? Thou shalt not kill - because what we need is an efficient, and above all REGULATED market. Come on, Jury.
I truly cannot understand what you mean - and that, what I believe to understand, has no connection to that what I mentioned writing my "war"-posting. Probably my statement was unclear or misunderstandable.
I'm very interesting to make at least three items absolutely clear:
1. I don't accept killing - doesn't matter why and by what person or country ever. There cannot exist civilization without not-acceptance and optimal suppressing of brute force against individuals. More, it could be a good measure for civilization how far a country if impacted by power. (# of killed, weapon-production a.s.o.)
2. There are better alternatives to bombing. Better means cheaper, more acceptable, less killing, without need of armies.
3. I'm not excited by ideas to expand the EU everywhere from Eskimos to Southafrika. IMO it's a good idea to hold uncivilized banana-republics (like Turks, North-Ireland and, oh yeah, Serbia) out of EU as long as they cannot handle their own problems like adults. Among integration-criteria: Kant. Cancel-criteria: Religion as government. Killing as penalty. War as politics. Aggression against foreign countries as business (like f.e. the US-"NSA" doing business-"intelligence"-services in "allied" countries).
So what "come on"?
