Hi vic, how are you? Been busy. Oh, well how did your latest cruise go? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat!
Just got back from cruise number 4 on the 10 april 99. this trip was a little different in that we took Judi's elderly parents with us and mother was in a wheel chair. but believe it or not, we didn't miss a thing, even to the tendering to the shore in grand cayman island. no problem, mon.
everything went flawless, as usual. Commodore has added new menu selections and has "sail away" buffets added to the never ending opportunities to munch. drinks are still dirt cheap. bargains abound at the ports of call. picked up a zodiac watch in cozumel for 1/3 of the lowest internet price and purchased a two 3/4 carat tanzanite ear rings for 1/2 price. The ports of call the Enchanted Isle visit are the best places to find tanzanite, which is disappearing fast. a ring we bought there a year and a half ago for $500 is worth about 1500 now!
Looking forward to new ship and the new route (see news) also looking ahead to October - yes we have booked another cruise (the fifth) This one goes to key west - so you have a choice of three major cruise destinations. there were 180 repeaters on the ship this trip with one person being honored for his 75 th commodore cruise - he must not like it - ha
well now i have to unpack
