I own BEARX--- bought last fall- and I've lost 40%. It has been terrible. I have no idea what it's doing, but it doesn't seem to go up no matter what happens during the day-- well- actually yesterday it did better than usual. At least right now, if you bought, the price is very low and if your scenario occurs, you could do great.
