This is part of Cisco's VOIP strategy; GeoTel's profile from Yahoo Finance reads: GEOC provides Computer Telephony Integration software solutions focused on enhanced voice and data routing technology that enable customer-oriented companies to deliver responsive and cost-effective customer service. For the fiscal year ended 12/98, revenues totalled $44.9 million, up from $18.6 million. Net income rose 45% to $9 million.
