So when is this baby going to be a buy again? All its sins have been exposed. It has received its flogging, its downgrades. Is it time to buy on the rumor of its eventual recovery? Sooner or later, some investment-house nerd will come out and say NETA has been oversold, and the thing will be back into the thirties in two days.
