Check this out. Last week I wrote Etrade another letter regarding my dissatisfaction with their service (or lack of). I also had a specific request within that letter. Here is what I received today from them in response:

We apologize for any inconveniences. We assure you, we are working diligently to ensure excellent service to our customers.

For further assistance, please contact us at 1-800-786-2575, Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 9:00 EST or go to etrade.com and click Learning Center. The Learning Center provides detailed instructions, definitions, and services to assist you in navigating your E*Trade account.

It is obvious that these customer service reps aren't even reading our complaints. They are just trashing them away as if they are a piece of garbage. It is plain and simple: Etrade has absolutely no regard for its' customers.
