Hi Rich,

Vip Condo is certainly not happy but he makes some interesting points.

Still, I doubt the deal is not real... the stock would not be at the current price but rather would have sink to $0.25 at best. I don't see any pressure (lower prices and volume) on the downside to support his theory.
