I didn't want to bore everyone on the board with what I wrote nor is it anyone's business. The only point I am making is that I wrote a letter with a specific question in regard to my four accounts that I presently hold with them, and they reply with a form letter that doesn't even address the issue. It is apparent that this rep never even read my inquiry!
