Broadband is hot now and any type of news, like the CEO of Covad on cnbc shot them up 20+, will boost these stocks thru the roof. In the last week, both Forbes and Fortune had articles on bandwidth. Red Herring also focused on telecom with Big Bernie on the cover but a small blurb from Crowe in the article. I can speak from experience that TODAY there is a bandwidth shortage! And that the big players like T etc..will be buying from Level3.
