Dear NY: As far as I can tell your post are accurate as they are right out of our Business Plan. An earlier version of this plan was sent to the New York State Securities Commission when we filed our M-11 and many parts of it were contained in our application to NASD which form 15c2ll requires. Every one on this board knows that I can not disclose information that is not made public first by. press releases, SEC filings, etc. But you can bet your boots that I will not hesitate to refute any erroneous statements or misinformation.
