JDN,

I called Growth Capital yesterday and they were not forthcoming with any info. The only thing they would acknowledge is that they are representing private investment interests. They would not say how long they have been in business or if they specialized in acquisitions.However, they did express a strong interest in acquiring shares. Hope someone else can get more info than I did.
