Thomas H. Burkhart has been appointed as vice-president of exploration. Mr. Burkhart brings to the company over 20 years of minerals exploration experience, most recently as vice-president, exploration for Pegasus Gold Corp. He has an extensive work history in the Western United States and has also had significant exploration and management experience in Western Canada, Alaska, Chile, Central America, Mexico and Australia. Over the last several years, he has been active in South America, including a two-year assignment in Argentina as general manager. In an effort to expedite new acquisitions for the company, Mr. Burkhart will immediately begin a thorough review of projects presently under consideration, as well as an aggressive examination of precious metal prospects that he is aware of that may be of interest to NDT Ventures. The management team of NDT Ventures will continue in its endeavor to acquire, explore and develop mineral prospects in an effort to increase shareholder value.
Mr. Burkhart has been granted an incentive stock option to purchase 300,000 shares of NDT at 15 cents for five years. In addition to Mr. Burkhart's options, the company has granted incentive stock options to purchase 240,000 shares to officers, directors and employees at 15 cents for five years.

PS. I wonder what the latter group did for shareholder value recently that justified this generosity ??. I'd love NDT to take my original shares back at at my original cost and then give me the same option price. This way I would have over a million and a half options and a future seat on the board. Wow, what a difference 4 years makes. |
