While I'm not crazy about the bombing it does appear to be one of the few options. You can't negotiate with someone who only cares about his hold on power. Both of Molsov. parents commited suicide. The man's a nut case. As for economic pressure I think that's laughable. By the time sancations had any effect most of the refugees would be dead or driven from their homes permanently.
