PETER STERN - THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE!

First, I had busy servers. I finally found one that works. By this time, the stock had moved higher. I still thought it had higher to go, so I put in an order. It wasn't showing any execution for a minute. Stock kept climbing. I didn't know if I was executed or not. There was no way to tell by checking messages, daily activity, open orders, portfolio.

I didn't know if I was executed - the stock started to reverse - I desperately needed to know if I was executed: if I was, I wanted to take profits, or at least sell, so I wouldn't watch my gain turn into a loss. As there was no way to tell if I was executed, I tried to cancel my order. IT KEPT CANCELLING FOR 10 MINUTES. In that time, the stock moved far below where I tried to buy it. Then finally, Daily Activity showed I was executed. I now sat on a loss. So I tried to sell - far below where I bought it. Same circus - didn't know if I was executed - tried cancelling - 10 minutes of "trying" - finally showed I was not executed - AND IN THE MEANTIME PRICE KEPT SINKING.

HOW CAN I TRADE WITH DATEK UNDER THESE CONDITIONS?

I AM LOSING MONEY - CAN YOU DO SOMETHING TO FIX DATEK?

IS IT SIMPLY NOT POSSIBLE TO TRADE WITH DATEK?
