Ok - today is Tuesday, I have consistently intermittent service requiring frequent steady application of ctl U

only today I have tracert too, and I have been consistently traceing the connection

while there is a server in the middle of the route which has some slow times, my own ISP [a frequent target of interquote] has never had a slow time all morning, and the paragon server itself has frequently had the worst times of all

so, at least this morning, lo and behold large part of the problem is at paragon

no similar problems with qcharts either
