Yahoo post comparing GEOC (just acquired by CSCO for 2B) and IDTC.

CSCO, one of the best run companies and experienced acquisitor (and I may add they generally 'steal' companies and are known for finding 'hidden gems' at low price) just paid 2 bills for Geotel, Geoc, here's a comparison with us:

Geoc sales 44,852 idtc 600,000
sales growth 141% 126%
quarterly run 23% 21%
Earnings 98 .32 /shr .56 /shr
net worth 55mm 250mm about
shares out 29mm 35mm
price paid 2bills ?
price per share 60 ?
market cap 1,276 1,085
you fill in the blanks...per my calculations the first blank should
be at least 3 bills which makes the question mark about 90 per share....That's why I'm waiting until at least 100 to sell and imo that's what it will take to get HJ's attention...

The interesting thing is, we are getting there on brute force approach, no institutional help/upgrades/interest, no formal announcements (yet), and once we get in the 60+ range the bidding will start. Oh, did I mention that unlike GEOC we are not just a 'software' company but have a for real network of hard assets and unique positioning/deals in place...

Have fun with this one.
