Lee..I am still trying to lock in my my new house %%%%%%% The only way I can at this pt is to buy a 6 mo lock for aprox 3k.. I really want 6 3/4 % and no buying pts..where is the 30yr bond headed this month....It was looking better until today..How much effect does it hv on 30 yr mortgage rates
