I don't beleive this is a crap shoot. Everyone has been wondering who was going to make this V-Chip. Living here in Canada we all thought it was one of our cable companies(since they were doing all the testing) until this article came out today in the Globe & Mail and Financial Post. The 6:30 Business news interviewed the President of Tri-Vision and I think this stock is on it's way up.
