I would like to start some discussion of how, when, or the value of converting P shares into common. Does one just write the company informing them of your intention of converting or does your broker have to get involved. Is this like tendering shares in a take over. I've never been in this position with a stock before. Like to hear from the crowd concerning these concerns. jcmoore
