Could you explain the IPO or issue of this stock? I never got around
to calling investor relations to ask for a prospectus, and I haven't
been able to figure out if they issued new stock, had an IPO, or did
something different that I don't understand. I'm trying to understand
who the underwriters were, and how they raised capital for .com in
this situation.
