I've got a question that sort of enters my consciousness every once and a while and then sneaks out unnoticed.... Diamondfields, when it was into diamonds and not nickel, was supposed to build its company by mining diamonds off the coast of Namibia with vacuum cleaner type boats, sucking diamonds off the ocean floor. Bob Bishop even had about 9 pages in his newsletter about what a great thing marine diamonds were.

Now, when DFR got sold to Inco, what happened to the Namibian diamond concession? Does Inco own it, or did they or DFR sell it to someone else? Does anybody know? Does anybody care? Are vacuumed diamonds going to be hot in the future? If so, why don't we hear more about them? When they vacuum them thar diamonds up, do they yell, "Eureka"? Or Hoover?
