Dear Karl: On the good side, as far as I know, Growth Capital Corp. is in this for investment purposes, and anything that soaks up 1 million shares is a good beginning. Forgive me kind sir but at this point we have found nothing on this company so I would not surmise yet that it is GOOD. Cant believe TAVA knows nothing. That is not a good sign IMHO. I say we keep searching. I have my broker on it also. So far it seems there are a number of companies with the name growth capital or capital growth as part of their name. We must have all info even EXACT correct name. I posted to a previous message a recent press release on a company who USED to be called Growth Capital. Its a small mutual fund specializing in MicroCaps BUT I have been unable to match up any other info. JDN
