ConSyGen 'Year 2000' Toolset to be Used in Millennium Conversion Services,
Project for Baxter Healthcare Unit

PHOENIX, Feb. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Consygen Inc today announced an agreement
with INSI, Inc. for the use of ConSyGen's 2000 toolset in a millennium
conversion services project with Baxter Healthcare CardioVascular Group, a
client of INSI. INSI is a privately held computer consulting company located
in Winnipeg, Canada.

While terms of the contract were not released, the project will address the
millennium compliance of over 49 systems at the Irvine, California
headquarters of the Baxter unit, and the ConSyGen 2000 toolset will be
applied specifically to systems running on the unit's Unisys 2200 mainframe.
Baxter Healthcare CardioVascular has annual revenues of $750 million.

"This job is strategically important in the utilization of ConSyGen's 2000
toolset for conversion purposes," stated Jeff Richards, Executive Vice
President of ConSyGen. "The completion of the project will demonstrate
further our ability to convert legacy code automatically to 'Year 2000'
compliance in an economical, rapid and practical manner. Also, the
opportunity to address the Unisys mainframe confirms the appropriateness of
ConSyGen's recent marketing alliance with Unisys for Year 2000 projects. We
are excited about our association with INSI and the Baxter Healthcare
CardioVascular Group, and we look forward to working with both parties to
accomplish the venture successfully," he added. SOURCE ConSyGen, Inc.
