Evergreen, thanks for the compliment (sic) but the company, of course, has EVERYTHING to do with the stock price movement, up or down. Neither you nor I nor any other person on this thread does that for MRPS. According to the news this morning, if this is indeed what the company has accomplished (and you have to assume it is), this is a very significant marketing distributorship arrangement.
As Joe-MA discussed in his post 5313, the strategy implemented is a very good and sound one. The manufacturers are reputable and well-qualified. The distribution set-up seems sound and very well thought out.
The marketing is great. The last press release is a significant improvement over previous ones.
Should anyone back off on pushing management over and over again to get those financial statements out? No way. They should have been out two months ago. Where are they?
The company still is very far behind on credibility of financial reporting. It is virtually nonexistent. I am the only one that is troubled by this. That is my "cross to bear". I don't like it a bit that the company has worked in the past with very dubious (at best) characters to get financing through stock giveaways that obviously backfired.
I hope that management (Mr. Gayle) has learned from past horrendous mistakes in making unsound relationships with PR firms that don't do any PR in return for huge stock giveaways and dealing with "investment bankers" who have been sanctioned by the SEC.
Perhaps he has learned and it would be great for all investors if he has. Time will tell.
Cash flow should certainly be improving in the near future.
Nobody on this thread has helped build a base at $1. The stock price moves as the company management either does or doesn't take proper action. Today the news looks favorable.
