- after doing major due diligence & being rewarded on WCAP, I decided to focus in on SHAL.

- SHAL may be for real. If so, it can be the next CMGI. Especially as the credit lines open; and cash flow increases.

- Not only does SHAL have deals in the works, but they're singing up more now.

- I expect their 10K for '97 & '98 filed within 45 days.

- if the 10K is filed on time, then sky is the limit.

- if no 10K, then this becomes very risky and the sub $12 price is justified.
