Jack, et. al., Anyone else as deeply troubled as I am that here we are closing in on two weeks since the stockholder's meeting in which the corporate retructuring and name change was to be made final, and we have no SEC filings on Edgar and no press release from the company. Someone told me they were told that the CFO was on vacation and was unavailable. Excuse me, with all these filings and the annual report looming, I hope its not to look for another job. If anyone has gotten through to the company and has any inkling as to what's going on, I'd sure like to hear. Allan
