IPM may have indicated this in one or other of their PR's, but the results were far from uniform throughout the whole area. Somewhere on my computer I have a spreadsheet that I created from the original data posted on the IPM website -- i.e. the tests of the 1 sq. km. grid to 100 ft depth. They varied a lot from drill hole to drill hole and according to depth. The **average** of all the figures was something like 0.043 opt -- I don't remember exactly -- and that average was being used to extrapolate possible ore figures.

I still have no idea whether or not these numbers were for real or if they had been fabricated a la Bre-X. But they varied from hole to hole in a very convincing manner!

If you're interested I'll try to find them and take another look.
