I called their "toll free number and on hold for over 30 minutes when the recording changed to indicate the portfolios were not going to be available until 12 noon.

I took several hundred beanie babies to Children's Medical in Dallas so I just returned and haven;t checked out my portfolio to trade yet. Hopefully they have it together by now. Good luck, Jacalyn
