BC - I have power etrade and it sucks too. More bullshit to add to the class action - contracts are enforceable and ETRADE has been negligent on ALL issues. I have paid more than commissions by having an account with ETRADE and have specifically engaged another brokerage to document their trade practices. IE: Discover brokerage - bought 1000 shares XYZ at .50 Etrade - bought 1000 shares XYZ at .50 Put sell at limit of .87 on each - Discover engaged transaction Etrade held it at Herzog MM, saying it DID NOT GO TO .87, when in fact it went above 1.00 Documented and acknowledged via hard copies with times, dates and lame excuses.
