Hi Mooney and all Flag followers:

Flag Resources (1985) Limited and Golden Briar Mines Limited
announce drilling has commenced to reach the source of
disseminated nickel, copper, platinum and palladium mineralization
in Sudbury, Ontario

CALGARY, April 13 /CNW/ - FLAG RESOURCES (1985) LIMITED AND GOLDEN BRIAR
MINES LIMITED ANNOUNCE DRILLING HAS COMMENCED TO REACH THE SOURCE OF 1506 FEET
OF DISSEMINATED NICKEL, COPPER, PLATINUM AND PALLADIUM MINERALIZATION, IN
GOWGANDA SEDIMENTARY ROCK, DISCOVERED BY A DRILL HOLE ON THE WEST SHORE OF
MATAGAMASI LAKE, RATHBUN TOWNSHIP, SUDBURY, ONTARIO.

''The widespread disseminated mineralization, in the 2500 foot vertical
hole, did not originate in the sedimentary rock, but was transported into it
from an igneous intrusion.
It is believed that the mineralized igneous intrusion source may be in
Matagamasi Lake, because of extensive faulting in the lake, and hydrothermal
activity along the faults.
Flag and Golden Briar are drilling a 1000 foot exploratory drill hole,
from the discovery hole, due east into Matagamasi Lake.
The Matagamasi Lake drill hole is the first significant discovery of
mineral bearing sulfides in 75 years of exploration in Rathbun Township.
Exploration drilling was concentrated in the vicinity of rich nickel, copper,
platinum, palladium, gold and silver bearing sulfides, at Rathbun Lake, two
miles west of Matagamasi Lake. The amounts of platinum and palladium are some
of the highest known to be associated with mafic rock.
Golden Briar may earn a 50% interest, in the exploration project, by
spending $400,000.00 over a four year period.''

The Alberta and Montreal Stock Exchanges have neither approved nor
disapproved of the contents herein.
