A word of warning: Almost all of Winstar's option are trading below the Black-Schoales value. This is kind of unusual for Winstar as we usually get a pretty good premium. Commom wisdom is smart money will normally jump into options before they do the stock. Just this 4-5 point run up in two days would get a lot of people buying calls expecting the run up to continue. While the options are trading pretty actively, the price isn't very high. To me this is pretty bearish. We may just be getting a way oversold bounce. Who knows how high we can bounce, but the options are saying not to expect a big run up. But of course, I've been wrong before.
