And they pay these geniuses to do this??????????

CHICAGO, April 13 (Reuters) - Everen Securities said
Tuesday it trimmed earnings estimates for Dialogic Corp. but
maintained its intermediate and long term outperform rating for
the manufacturer of parts for computer telephony systems.
Late yesterday, New Jersey-based Dialogic warned its first
quarter earnings and revenues would fall short of analysts
estimates due to special rules relating to recognition of
revenues from software.
Dialogic said it expects to report first quarter earnings
of about $0.29 to $0.30 a share and revenues of about $72
million. Analysts had expected first quarter earnings of $0.37
a share.
Everen said it lowered earnings estimates for 1999 to $1.74
from $1.81, made no change to 2000 and lowered its 2001 by one
penny to $2.71.
Shares of Dialogic were trading off 6-9/16 to 28-1/4.
