CBLK currently based upon their financials is trading below their book value. Management has not made any deadlines regarding their e-commerce site or their website improvement. Management has always been overly arrogant and non-responsive, yet if their audited statements are correct, they have made significant progress over the past 3 years. The Auro acquisition will hit earnings as there are additional problems there, but as I understand, they are addressing these problems. More research must be done regarding this. The company must issue a valid release updating the market or I believe there shall be further errosion.
