Where, exactly, have I apoligized for Clinton, JBL? You wouldn't be putting words in my mouth again, would you? How unusual for you.

On the subject of the (self evident) obsessive Clinton hatred here, I can at least give you credit for admitting to it. As opposed to the civil "despiser" Neo-con and his newfound soulmate JLA.

As for disgust for "right wing Republicans", it depends where you draw the line. Newt, Armey, DeLay, yes. But those guys are just out and out nasty, and at least with Newt, the nastiness predates Clinton. I think McCain's considered fairly conservative, as is GWB, he of the conventional Christian theology, and I've got no problem with them. I disagree with their stand on abortion, but at least McCain is honest about it.

If you can get away from your favored "objective" sources like Drudge, the Washington Times, the WSJ editorial page, and your various Murdoch rags around the globe, you might check out Maureen Dowd at the Times, who got the Pulitzer yesterday for her commentary on Clinton. I've posted references to her here before, before I adopted my pro-active stand on "creative" name calling. I'm sure by local "objective" standards, she'd count as a Clinton lover too, just like me. If you want to look at the world through hate colored lenses, you've come to the right spot, of course.

But, you and the rest of the local haters (or despisers, mustn't forget Neocon and JLA) are right and I'm wrong. Another slogan for the Republicans in the next election: Vote Republican, because we're right, and you're wrong! Those slogans all sound just fine to me, though I think I prefer the Les Horowitz variant, Vote Republican, because you're communist, and we're not! Whatever.
