Hi Margie,

I also spoke with Nasdaq (just now) and received the following information. The application date for listing on Nasdaq was Feb.16/99. The woman I spoke with said that typically the approval process takes between 45-60 days but said this is not carved in stone, it could be a few more days. National Market applications are between 4-6 wks., Small caps between 6-8 wks. You were correct on the numbers today is day 56, Friday will be 59.

Also of interest. The company itself determines the date that it will start trading after approval has been granted. All that Nasdaq requires after that is at least 3 days notice of when they intend to start trading to allow Nasdaq to prepare.

I also spoke with Jason Wilder who confirmed the above information.
