Attn. mgr. of Cistron(and Cistron's bod): KeraVision's CEO is a few blocks away in New Jersey. Call him. KERA is paying a 20-30% premium for TSND's cash. That equates to 70 cent a share to Cistron's shareholders for just our cash. Current bid>.20
