Coming up with numbers is not my purpose, it is to verify what you have informed the public and to learn what if any companies have expressed serious interest in this property, and for what reason. I am curious as to how probable the sale of this property at these prices really is...your guesstimates do not provide any sort of back-up. As I posted earlier, I was looking for some valid information and none was provided. You have not expressed what your numbers are based upon. As always, these were my guesstimates and I welcome anyone to come up with better numbers! Not many ever try, but I have great hopes that you will, travelling or not. Can't wait,
