I have always wondered about that too. My interpretation was that it meant calendar days and not necessarily business days. But business days would make more sense. As of now I believe we are into 40 business days, so we are getting close to the low estimate given. I still feel we are very close to the listing and the low spread on the points today seems to reflect that shareholders are now holding.
