When "investors" ignore the commencement of a war IN THE BALKANS (which has been a graveyard for several past empires), then they can ignore anything. Incidentally, was it only a year ago that the KLA was listed as a "terrorist organization" by the U.S. government? One needs an up-to-date players' list on this one.
