I bought a monitor and it arrived in great shape within a few days. I'm very happy with it. A friend of mine bought one several weeks later (on my reco) and when it arrived, the courier had obviously dropped the box or something... the front of the monitor was smashed. They had us drop by the suppliers warehouse the following weekend and they replaced it no sweat. I think they've been doing a great job keeping me happy at least!
