Dennis, I don't know who did the assays for BD. I did hear a rumor that BD was either scared of or they were bought off, and I don't know if this it true either. It is for sure that something strange happened because when a Co. has COC assays from two companies and all of a sudden they have no proof of what they have anyone would wonder just what happened and some day we hope to find out what did happen.
