<< Zips indicates that your statements about the flagging demand for Zip are incorrect. OEM vs. retail percentages may have shifted, but if the overall number of drives sold continues to increase, how can you say that there is less demand? >>

I should have clarified. When demand at a price point stalls, you must drop the price to further stimulate demand. Obviously, as price drops, unit sales will increase. (Unit sales would be through the roof if Iomega gave them away, right?).

In other words, demand must be measured by REVENUES, not by unit sales. Unit sales is a simplistic, and misleading measure, and it is the favorite of the bulls, because it 'supports' their position.
