David: I would be interested in your comments about why IBM is waiting to ramp up their partnership with DELL. IMHO, IBM is much more effective by lisencing their R & D, selling key components, and becoming the Global IT Services Powerhouse. It seems that it is VERY difficult for IBM to BTO and market PCs, servers and storage units as efficiently as DELL. Any input would be welcome. Best Regards, Scott
