That's right! I forgot all about that. I got the same "margin policy change" email message from Datek last Wednesday. Not much of a warning. This will create a little ill will for those faithful stalwarts just trying to hang on thru earnings. The initial margin call at Datek would execute after close on Wednesday, April 14. Not being able to depend on Xybernaut for prompt Wednesday financials forced some to sell way cheap (assuming news is not bad) today. As they say at <http://www.bcpl.lib.md.us/~cbirkmey/getsmart.html>: "Missed it by that much!" My apologies for referring to the sellers as "scared suckers". "Victims" is more like it. Bummer. Shoe.
