*** NEWS - AcuBid.com - EBID *** Great news, company is moving forward with forming their high profile Board. The PRs are just starting with this puppy: biz.yahoo.com Apparently they're not going to issue the PR on completeing financing until the new shares are fully issued, maybe by end of this week. but, bottom line is they raised the million bucks cash (thier goal), and they're paying staff with stock options. Looks good for the next couple months IMHO.
