SW, as for ATEL, it could be MCI, Sprint, AT & T, or several others.

I know they have been talking to several groups. There is no guarantee they will be bought out, but there are only a handful of these companies available and MCI, Sprint and others are fighting to get their hands on them before another company does.

MCI got CWSS (reported by CNBC, to be confirmed soon by MCI). Sprint got PCTV and is reportedly close to buying NCNX.

ATEL and WIRL are about the only ones left. We will have to wait and see who picks them up.
