FYI, I've just called up MyMusicCard.com to re-activate my old card bought last year. I was pleasantly surprised to hear they would issue me a new card instead with a full 20-unit, even though I'd used up some units already.

Anyway, I am pleased with their service over the telephone. The customer representative was courteous and professional.
