That is a legit concern. Even with my current system (talking into a dictaphone and having a secretary transcribe it) there is the danger that I will see what I meant to say, rather than what is actually there. That's why I plan to give it to a secretary to format and finalize. She'll read it over as she does, and correct any errors I missed when I read it over after dictating. Between my own read-over, spell check, and her re-read, we should catch any errors.
