VocalTec Communications Ltd. (Nasdaq: VOCLF) today announced that
the AT&T Global Clearinghouse is now supporting the VocalTec Ensemble
Architecture(TM) multi-service platform. The AT&T Global Clearinghouse
service provides ISPs and carriers with a complete solution to offer
Internet communications services, including phone-to-phone voice and
fax services.

Providers (ISPs) to easily establish and operate Internet telephony

globally, avoiding the time and expense of negotiating and managing
numerous agreements with other ISPs. The AT&T Global Clearinghouse
