Up to two weeks ago their service was great. I talked to a rep and they assured me that additional staff have been hired and they should be up to speed by next week. In the meantime they are using everyone who is liscensed as traders. I'm not happy about the delays but they have assured me it is temporary and will be resolved shortly. If not I will discuss it with them again and see what they can do to keep my business.
